I just made this for my niece, she got married last saturday

 tell me what gives the glittery look on the top heart?

To Misha1213: Thank you. Yes the little Heart is a small Card made to be used as a tag and the top Heart is made of 100 g vellum with a pearlescent look.
I am not always healthy, but I will visit here as often as I can, I love to see all the beautiful Things you all are showing here.

I never heard about pearlescent vellum will have to take a look for that ,I love the effect!
oh you've some health problem ...I'm 58 years old and I know that's no fun at all ,my head want but my body don't want to follow really hate to get older!
